Jan. 12, 2021 St. Mark's Food Drive
With all the restrictions in place due to COVID-19, we will sadly be unable to host our 14th Annual David Hopkins Memorial Spaghetti Dinner this year. This event is a favorite of both our parish and Day School families and it generates boxes and boxes of nonperishable foods for St Mark’s Neighborhood Pantry. But it takes more than a pandemic to keep Christ Church down! We will be collecting non-perishable food throughout the month of January to help stock the shelves at St Mark’s Neighborhood Foor Pantry! Most needed items are:
- Breakfast cereal and oatmeal
- Rice
- Healthy snacks
- Pasta and canned spaghetti sauce
- Canned vegetables and fruits
- Soups, stews, and chili
- Juice boxes and vitamin waters
- Shelf-stable milk
Look for the blue tubs outside the CCDS gate on C Avenue, Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. to drop off your donations. Or you can order online from this WISH LIST and ship your order directly to St Mark’s!
