June 29, 2022 Pride Parade and More - An update from the Peace and Justice Ministry
I hope you all heard the amazing talk Tami and Bill Sandke gave at church Sunday!
The official PRIDE month is ending June 30 but in San Diego it continues! On July 13, St. Paul’s Episcopal Cathedral will host an interfaith service called “Light Up the Cathedral” – this event has become the kickoff for PRIDE weekend. Then on July 16, the PRIDE parade is back!
Members of Christ Church will be participating in the parade with other churches from throughout the diocese. If you would like to walk in the parade or attend the Light Up the Cathedral service and are interested in carpooling, contact me: Julie young
Order your t-shirt! We are ordering a special PRIDE edition of our Christ Church t-shirts. On the front will be our name and logo and on the back in big letters will be:

The writing on the shirts is in rainbow colors. Adult t-shirts are $15 and children’s sizes are $12. It is a two step process to order your shirts.
