A Morning Prayer Meditation - Arise, shine, for your light has come. This Epiphany, you are invited to deepen your spiritual practices with a fifteen-minute prayer and music reflection. The service is called Lauds and it uses resources from Daily Prayer for All Seasons and the Book of Common Prayer. A Lauds service is traditionally offered in the early morning; an opportunity to greet the new day with praise and reflection. The service will first stream on YouTube at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday Mornings. It will also be shared at 6:00 a.m. Monday morning on Facebook. But please don't limit yourself to those times. As we focus on the light of Christ this Epiphany, why not add in a little time to nurture your light. We invite you to add this simple practice to your life on any day of the week.
