Christ Church Day School (CCDS) is a vital and important mission of Christ Church. Our Episcopal Day School is fully accredited through the Western Association of Schools and Colleges and has been providing quality academic education with a focus on Christian values since 1957. With one class per grade serving junior kindergarten through sixth grade students, the current enrollment is 91 students. In addition to small class sizes, the Day School provides all students with a rich specialty program that includes classes in Spanish, Music, Physical Education, Art, and Spiritual Nurture. Christ Church Day School hosts twice weekly all school chapels with Eucharist on Tuesdays and Morning Prayer on Thursdays. CCDS is governed by a board that includes members from the parish and vestry and school parents. The Day School partners frequently with the church on service projects, including our annual Spaghetti Dinner, Thanksgiving Food Drive, and makes over 200 decorated Blessings in a Bag nonperishable sack lunches for our diocesan Maundy Thursday foot-washing event each year.

The Day School keeps the church and school grounds alive and vibrant with open houses, back-to-school events, an annual Harvest Festival, movie nights on the lawn, music and talent performances, classroom family nights highlighting student projects, math and game nights, pet blessings, a fifth grade Mystery Skype sleep-over, Scholastic Book Fairs, and an end-of-year play day.
