Did you know you can set up an Individual Endowment in your name or the name of a loved one?
At Christ Church we have over a dozen individual endowments, and you can set up a new one for only $20.
What is the advantage of an individual endowment? It allows you to donate money to the church in your name that becomes part of the larger church endowment. This money is tracked year over year so you can see how your individual endowment grows as additional giving is contributed.
It is especially useful for others to give money to the church in your endowment’s name rather than giving you a gift you might never use. It can be a way to thank someone on a Christ Church committee who has gone above and beyond, or a way for family members to honor you in a meaningful way.
If you already have an individual endowment, please consider adding to it before the year end for those tax deduction opportunities. If you don’t have one, please consider setting one up. More information can be found through the link below.
