Baptism is initiation. When you are baptized, it means that you belong to something. It is your entry into belonging to the community of the church through a ritual immersion in water and the invocation of the Trinity. Baptism marks the beginning of the Christian life by water and the Holy Spirit.
Baptism at Christ Church occurs on the four Sundays appointed as special feast days for Baptism.
