Join Christ Church
How Do I Join Christ Church?
First we invite you to attend and enjoy your time as our guest. All people are welcome to attend services and programs at Christ Church. It will help us connect with you if you fill out a white visitor pew card, place it in the alms basin, and introduce yourself to one of the greeters at the Sunday services.
Once you have decided that you would like Christ Church to be your church home, here are a few ways to become a member of Christ Church:
I Am Already an Episcopalian
If you are already a communicant in another Episcopal church, simply request a letter of transfer from your current church. Once transferred, you will be placed on our church mailing list and will begin receiving the newsletter and other important church communications.

I Am Not Baptized
If you are not baptized, the first step is to meet with our priest. He will explain and lead you through the steps necessary for preparation.
I Am Baptized
If you are a baptized Christian you need just to record your baptism in the records of Christ Church. If you know the date and place of your baptism that is helpful but not required.
I Am Baptized But Have Not Been Confirmed
If you are baptized, but not confirmed, we recommend our confirmation class** (for children, families or adults) which is usually held annually, which will help you understand the history and structure of Episcopal worship. If you wish to be confirmed or received please download the CONFIRMATION INFORMATION SHEET, complete it and return it to the parish office.
** 2009 Confirmation classes will be held in the fall. Confirmation will be December 6 during the Bishop's annual visit. If you are interested in being confirmed please contact the parish office.
If you wish to become a member of Christ Church simply complete the ON-LINE MEMBERSHIP FORM or download and complete the pdf version of the MEMBERSHIP FORM and send it to the parish office.
