The Bridge - Christ Church Coronado's Youth Group

The Bridge is made up of youth in grades 6-12. This group provides a safe place to explore world changing ideas, develop friendships and both question and deepen faith. The group meets several times a month for both fellowship and service opportunities. We quite often partner with St. Mark's in City Heights to help with their fresh food distribution. We have also offered a Cell Phone 101 class for parishioners, hosted a Veteran's Day luncheon, attended Diocesan Convention, been on retreats to Camp Stevens, and much, MUCH more. For more information on The Bridge, or to register for any of these offerings, please contact Charlette Preslar, Director of Youth and Family Ministry.

Teen Tuesday

Echo the Story is the educational piece of our Youth Group. It is offered on the second Tuesday of the month in two different time slots. The Middle School group meets in the YFMC from 4-5:30 p.m. We gather for a snack and then our program. Later that evening from 7:30-9:00 p.m. our High School group meets. We gather for dinner and then our program.

Both programs offer a time to explore our faith in community, and often end with an intense game of Foosball!

Service Opportunities

Our monthly service opportunities are varied both in date and in content. You can find this month's offering on the calendar page. More advanced dates can be obtained by contacting Charlette Preslar.

Fellowship and Fun

Do you like lazer tag, movies, and rock climbing?! Throughout the year, the youth group will have many opportuntities that are just plain fun. Upcoming events will always be posted on the calendar page, and as with both of our other offerings, families will receive a monthly update from Charlette with details.
